With former Brewer, Tony Graffanino designated for assignment, Cleveland has made space for the highly rated prospect. Matt LaPorta who is currently tearing up the pitching with Triple-A affiliate Columbus Clippers. In 19 games this season he is batting .368/.436/.706, generating a lot of offense for his current club.
